Under the strong leadership of the founder and Managing Director – Mr. Mintesnot Firdawek the company is staffed with young, hardworking and creative professionals that have high value and talent for their appointed position. wisdom plus is committed to be a front runner through the provision of trustworthy and best service to our clients in particular and to become a role model in the flourishing the event industry of the country.

Mintesenot Firdawke

Managing Director

Experienced managing director with a successful track record in the event management business. Over 7 years of event planning and implementation experience, from concept to finish. Proven ability to manage and motivate teams, design and implement marketing strategies, and plan and execute successful events on time and on budget.

Accomplishments:

  • Over 17 events, including corporate events, social gatherings and 52 weddings , were successfully executed.
  • Marketing strategies were developed and implemented, resulting in a 20% increase in event bookings.
  • Even in difficult conditions, I was able to deliver successful events on schedule and within budget.
  • Created and kept a solid staff of event professionals.
